C Warranty Claim

ZLPOWER UPS/Inverter products to be offered free warranty service for 2 years from the date of purchase:
1.   To obtain service under warranty via valid guarantee offered by dealers.
2.   To obtain service under warrantee via serial number.
In case of UPS fault, please contact our technical department, we can repair and replace new spares parts for buyers free.
But the transportation charges shall be bear by the buyers within the warranty period.

This limited warranty does not apply to conditions as follows:
1.    Man-made fault;
2.    Out of warranty
3.    The finished product of which the serial number is changed or lost;
4.    Damage or loss resulted from force majeure or external causes including transport damage;
5.    Disassembly or modifications to the unit with no authorization;
6.    Disobeying provisions of operating/using the unit;
